PARRENO-BIDO, ET AL. are the defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Camden County, and within thirty-five (35) days after 4/24/2026 or the date of this publication, whichever is later, exclusive of such date(s). If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your Answer and Proof of Service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Richard J. Hughes Justice Complex, 25 Market Street, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the rules of civil practice and procedure.
This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated August 28, 2018 made by LICELOT M. PARRENO-BIDO to GATEWAY MORTGAGE GROUP, LLC, recorded on September 13, 2018 in the Office of the Camden County Clerk/Register in Mortgage Book 10966, Page 19. rerecorded on June 6, 2019 in Book 11145, Page 1624 On 8/14/2019, said obligation and mortgage were assigned to NEW JERSEY HOUSING AND MORTGAGE FINANCE AGENCY by written assignment dated August 14, 2019 and of record on September 9, 2019 in the Office of the Clerk/Register of Camden County in Assignment Book 11204, Page 288. 2) To recover possession of the lands and premises commonly known as 12 NORTH 28TH STREET, CAMDEN, NJ, 08105. Block 1116, Lot 112.

YOU, MR. PARRENO-BIDO, HUSBAND OF LICELOT M. PARRENO-BIDO, are made a party defendant to this foreclosure action because you are the spouse of the record owner of the mortgaged premises being foreclosed herein and may be liable for any right, title or interest you may have in, to or against said mortgaged premises.
