YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to serve upon STERN LAVINTHAL & FRANKENBERG LLC, plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is 103 Eisenhower Parkway - Suite 100, Roseland, New Jersey 07068, an Answer to the Amendment to Complaint, filed in a civil action, in which LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the plaintiff and ROBERT A. WATKLEVICZ, HIS HEIRS, DEVISEES AND PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES 1-5 AND HIS, HERS, THEIR OR ANY OF THEIR SUCCESSORS IN RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST, ET AL. are the defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Middlesex County, and within thirty-five (35) days after 1/12/2026 or the date of this publication, whichever is later, exclusive of such date(s). If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Amendment to Complaint. You shall file your Answer and Proof of Service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Richard J. Hughes Justice Complex, 25 Market Street, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the rules of civil practice and procedure.
This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated September 12, 2016 made by ROBERT A. WATKLEVICZ to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS MORTGAGEE, AS NOMINEE FOR FAMILY FIRST FUNDING, LLC, recorded on October 19, 2016 in the Office of the Middlesex County Clerk/Register in Mortgage Book 16507, Page 0072. On 8/14/2025, said obligation and mortgage were assigned to LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC by written assignment dated August 14, 2025 and of record on August 15, 2025 in the Office of the Clerk/Register of Middlesex County in Assignment Book 19800, Page 1079. 2) To recover possession of the lands and premises commonly known as 191 CLEVELAND AVENUE, OLD BRIDGE TOWNSHIP, NJ, 08879. Block 53, Lot 191 & 192.

WATKLEVICZ, HIS HEIRS, DEVISEES AND PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES 1-5 AND HIS, HERS, THEIR OR ANY OF THEIR SUCCESSORS IN RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST, are made party defendants to this foreclosure action for any right, title or interest you may have in, to or against said mortgaged premises because on JUNE 20, 2025, ROBERT A. WATKLEVICZ, the record owner of the mortgaged premises, died intestate and after due inquiry the identity of her heirs at law cannot be ascertained, or plaintiff does not know if such person died and therefore her heirs at law are designated as ROBERT A. WATKLEVICZ, HIS HEIRS, DEVISEES AND PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES 1-5 AND HIS, HERS, THEIR OR ANY OF THEIR SUCCESSORS IN RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST.
YOU, MRS. ROBERT A. WATKLEVICZ, HIS WIFE, are made a party defendant to this foreclosure action because you are the spouse of the record owner of the mortgaged premises being foreclosed herein and may be liable for any right, title or interest you may have in, to or against said mortgaged premises.
YOU, ACHM TRUST 2024-HE2, are made a party defendant to this foreclosure action because you hold a junior mortgage covering the mortgaged premises and the senior mortgage is being foreclosed herein and you are entitled to notice of this action for any right, title, claim or interest you may have in, to or against said mortgaged premises.
