WATKLEVICZ to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS MORTGAGEE, AS NOMINEE FOR FAMILY FIRST FUNDING, LLC, recorded on October 19, 2016 in the Office of the Middlesex County Clerk/Register in Mortgage Book 16507, Page 0072. On 8/14/2025, said obligation and mortgage were assigned to LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC by written assignment dated August 14, 2025 and of record on August 15, 2025 in the Office of the Clerk/Register of Middlesex County in Assignment Book 19800, Page 1079. 2) To recover possession of the lands and premises commonly known as 191 CLEVELAND AVENUE, OLD BRIDGE TOWNSHIP, NJ, 08879.
