YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to serve upon STERN LAVINTHAL & FRANKENBERG LLC, plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is 103 Eisenhower Parkway - Suite 100, Roseland, New Jersey 07068, an Answer to the Complaint, filed in a civil action, in which LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the plaintiff and MARIA E. ALVAREZ LISCANO, ET AL. are the defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Middlesex County, and within thirty-five (35) days after 6/17/2026 or the date of this publication, whichever is later, exclusive of such date(s). If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your Answer and Proof of Service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Richard J. Hughes Justice Complex, 25 Market Street, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the rules of civil practice and procedure.
This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated March 14, 2025 made by MARIA E. ALVAREZ LISCANO and FRANCISCO J. LOPEZ MONTERO to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS MORTGAGEE, AS NOMINEE FOR UNITED WHOLESALE MORTGAGE, LLC, recorded on March 26, 2025 in the Office of the Middlesex County Clerk/Register in Mortgage Book 19689, Page 8. On 4/6/2026, said obligation and mortgage were assigned to LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC by written assignment dated April 6, 2026 and of record on April 9, 2026 in the Office of the Clerk/Register of Middlesex County in Assignment Book 19994, Page 542. 2) To recover possession of the lands and premises commonly known as 140 SOUTH ROBERT STREET, SEWAREN, NJ, 07077. Block 716.01, Lot 180.
