DEMAND A SHERIFF'S SALE. At any time prior to the entry of a final judgment of foreclosure, the Owner of the property, or his or her heirs, shall have the right to demand, in writing to the Superior Court, that the property be sold by a judicial sale as in the manner of a mortgage or an Internet action of the property through the office of the country sheriff to preserve any equity that may be in the property.
