SUPPLEMENTAL NOTICE OF HEARING RELATING TO PETITIONS FOR EXCLUSION OF LANDS FROM LOWER VALLEY WATER DISTRICT AND ANNEXATION OF LANDS IN SUBSTITUTION THEREOF NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of Lower Valley Water District will hold a hearing on December 18, 2025, at 5:30 p.m., at the Lower Valley Water District, 1557 Farm to Market Road 1110, Clint, Texas 79836, to consider petitions on file with the District for exclusion of land or other property from the District and for annexation of other land and property into the District in substitution thereof pursuant to Sections 49.301, et seq., and 54.739, et seq., Texas Water Code, and other applicable law. The Board of Directors will hear testimony and other evidence from all interested persons on whether the petitions for exclusion of land from the District and the annexation of the other land into the District in substitution thereof should be approved. All interested persons may present and offer evidence and testimony in support of the petitions or may contest the petitions and offer evidence and testimony in support of the contest.
