You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Surface Medic Inc., seeking money damages and to foreclose a mechanic's lien on that real property located at 20 N. Hill Pkwy., Jackson, Mississippi 39206. Defendants other than you in this action are HB Highland Hills LLC, CS Highland Hills LLC, Highland Hills 5779 LLC, Arbor Realty Sr, Inc., Starwood Mortgage Capital, LLC, Samuel Shiel as Trustee, and Computershare Trust Company, National Association as Trustee.
