SYNOPSIS OF PROPOSED DELHI CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES MINUTES EVAN HOPE, TOWNSHIP CLERK The Delhi Charter Township Board of Trustees met in a regular meeting on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, in the Multipurpose Room at the Community Services Center, 2074 Aurelius Road, Holt, MI. Supervisor Montemayor called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Board Members Present: Supervisor Eddie Montemayor, Clerk Evan Hope, Treasurer Tom Lenard, Trustees Fredrick Ford, Wendi King, Matt Lincoln, DiAnne Warfield Board Members Absent: None Board Action on the following Township Board of Trustees Agenda items: (All items approved unless otherwise noted) Supervisor Montemayor opened the Public Hearing at 5:32 p.m. Public Hearing – FY 2026 Budget Supervisor Montemayor closed the Public Hearing at 5:47 p.m. Consent Agenda •Approval of Minutes Regular Budget Meeting of September 16, 2025 •Approval of Claims October 14, 2025, in the amount of $693,331.95 •Approval of Payroll October 09, 2025, in the amount of $259,962.452026 •Township Board Meeting Schedule New Business •Proposal for Design Engineering Services – Valhalla Park Multi-Use Ball Field Improvement Project Board of Trustees meeting adjourned at 6:03 p.m.– Board of Trustees meeting minutes are available on the Township's Website: www.delhitownshipmi.gov.
