SYNOPSIS OF PROPOSED DELHI CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES MINUTES EVAN HOPE, TOWNSHIP CLERK The Delhi Charter Township Board of Trustees met in a regular meeting on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, in the Multipurpose Room at the Community Services Center, 2074 Aurelius Road, Holt, MI. Supervisor Montemayor called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Board Members Present:Supervisor Eddie Montemayor, Clerk Evan Hope, Treasurer Tom Lenard, Trustees Fredrick Ford, Wendi King, Matt Lincoln Board Members Absent: Trustee DiAnne Warfield Board Action on the following Township Board of Trustees Agenda items: (All items approved unless otherwise noted) The Public Hearing was opened at 5:32 p.m. Public Hearing a) Resolution No. 2026-003 – Submittal of Grant Application Valhalla Park Trail Loop and East Development. b) Resolution No. 2026-004 – Submittal of Grant Application John Taylor Memorial Park Development. The Public Hearing ws closed at 5:40 p.m. Presentation By Hubbell, Roth & Clark, INC. Mr. Todd Sneathen of Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc. provided a summary of the Township's neighborhood roads.
