A random selection will be held for all preliminary applications received on or before 5:00 PM on Monday May 18, 2026, after which the waiting list will be closed. There will be a preference for applicants who live and/or work in Region 4 (Ocean, Monmouth or Mercer Counties). All preliminary applications received on time will receive a notice with the lottery date, location, and assigned lottery number. All applications received after this lottery session will be added to the general Belmar Affordable Housing program for future units under construction.
