Sealed Bids For Knoxville #202 K-8 Construction and Remodeling Project
Notice is hereby given that Knoxville Community Unit School District No. 202, Knoxville, Illinois, will receive sealed bids for the PK-8 Addition and Remodeling Project.
Sealed bids will be received at the District Office, 809 E. Main Street, Knoxville, Illinois 61448, until 2:00 p.m. (local time) on Tuesday, July 21, 2026. At that time and place, all bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the existing Knoxville Junior High School at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 9, 2026. Attendance is strongly encouraged. Knoxville Community Unit School District No. 202 reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding process, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the District.
Attention is called to the provisions of Equal Employment Opportunity. The Contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rates of wages as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to all laborers, workers, and mechanics performing work under this contract and shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12).
