Sealed Bids for State Route 60 Road Improvements Project Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Education of the Heartland Technical Education Center as provided in this notice for the State Route 60 Turn Lanes Road Improvements Project. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to Board of Education of the Heartland Technical Education Center, ATTN Julie Smith, Treasurer, 1763 St. Rt. 60, Ashland, Ohio 44805, and plainly marked on the outside "STATE ROUTE 60 TURN LANES ROAD IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT BID." Bids will be received until 1:00 p.m. local time March 19, 2026, and immediately after the deadline the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at the Heartland Board of Education Board Room located at 1763 St. Rt. 60, Ashland, Ohio 44805. A pre-bid conference will be held on March 10, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at the Heartland Board of Education/Adult Ed Center located at 1763 St. Rt. 60, Ashland, Ohio 44805. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
