Sealed Bid proposals shall be submitted at the Administration Building located at 3202 N. Wisconsin Ave. Peoria IL, 61603, not later than 11:00AM CST on Wednesday, February 4th 2026 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at Reservoir Gifted School located at 3706 N. Grand Blvd, Peoria IL, 61614 Thursday January 22nd, at 10:00AM CST.
