Section 106 Public Notice

Section 106 Public Notice SFQ LLC (Verta) proposes to construct a replacement 36.6-foot-tall Light Pole located Near the NE corner of E Lake St. & E Prospect Rd., Fort Collins, Larimer County, CO 80524 at Latitude N40° 34' 1.81", Longitude W105° 3' 32.59". We seek comments from all interested persons on the impact of the tower on any resources that are listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places. Specific information about the project, including the historic preservation reviews that are being conducted pursuant to the rules of the FCC (47 C.F.R. Sections 1.1307(4)) and the ACHP (36 C.F.R. Part 800) will be made available to interested persons who request the information from the contact below.
