To the above-named Defendants: Craig D. DeHoet, Spouse of Craig D. DeHoet and Kellie DeHoet n/k/a Kellie Ann Sprott
You are notified there was on June 30, 2025 filed in the Office of the Clerk of the above-named Court a Foreclosure Petition , which prays for foreclosure of a mortgage in favor of the Plaintiff on the property described herein and judgment in rem in the amount of $111,551.26 plus interest at the rate of 3.125% per annum from January 1, 2025, such amount equaling $9.46 per day, the costs of the action including title costs, and reasonable attorney fees and that said sums be declared a lien upon the following-described premises from July 8, 2020, located in Dallas County, Iowa, to-wit:
The South 1/2 of Lot 5 in Block 13 in South Woodward, now in and forming a part of Woodward, Dallas County, iowa and the North 3/4 of Lot 8 Block 13 in South Woodward Addition to the Town of Woodward, Dallas County, Iowa
that the mortgage on the above-described real estate be foreclosed, that a special execution issue for the sale of as much of the mortgaged premises as is necessary to satisfy the judgment and for other relief as the Court may deem just and equitable.
