Services for Children with Hidden Intelligence Block 790 Lot 1 and Block 810 Lots 2,3 and 4 Public Notice YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED as required by law and in compliance with Chapter 305-E of the Township of Lakewood Unified Development Ordinance (the "Ordinance") that the Zoning Board of the Township of Lakewood, Ocean County, New Jersey, will hold a public hearing on February 9, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Lakewood Township Municipal Building, 231 Third Street, Lakewood, New Jersey to consider the application of Services for Children with Hidden Intelligence (SCHI) (the "Applicant") for the following approvals: The subject property is located in Block 790 Lot 1 and Block 810, Lots 2, 3, and 4 in the Township of Lakewood in the R-40/R-20 (Cluster Residential) Zone ("The Property"). Applicant seeks the following: Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan Approval for an addition to an existing school. In the R-40/20 Zone, the maximum allowable building height is 35 feet. Applicant proposes a building height of 49.17 feet and hence requests a variance for same. In the R-40/20 Cluster Zone, the maximum allowable lot coverage is 20%. Applicant proposes lot coverage of 22.4% and hence requests a variance for same. Applicant further seeks such other variances and/or design waivers that the Board may require as may be disclosed on the plans.
