Shellback soliciting trade contractor / subcontractor bids NOTICE TO BIDDERS Shellback Construction LLC, Construction Manager-at-Risk for Runnels County, is accepting trade contractor and subcontractor bids for the Runnels County 2025 Upgrades to Runnels County Jail, located at 200 S. Hickory Hill Road, Ballinger, Texas 76821. The project includes plumbing, fire alarm, electrical, mechanical, detention doors and hardware, door frame repairs, acoustical ceiling replacement, painting, perimeter fencing, security electronics, and related work. Bids will be received until 07/17 at 10am, local time. Bids shall be submitted to Shellback Construction LLC, Attn: Daniel Sanchez, at dsanchez@shellbackconstruction.com. Plans and specifications may be obtained by contacting Shellback Construction LLC at dsanchez@shellbackconstruction.com. A pre-bid site visit will be held on 07/09 at 10 am at Runnels County Jail, 200 S. Hickory Hill Road, Ballinger, Texas 76821. Site access will be subject to jail security requirements. This solicitation is for trade contractor and subcontractor bids under the Construction Manager-at-Risk delivery method in accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 2269.
