Short Term Rental Application Objection NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING SHORT-TERM RENTAL APPLICATION OBJECTION 1113 NY-32, HIGHLAND MILLS PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Thursday, September 25, 2025, 7:30PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, there will be a Public Hearing before the Board of Trustees of the Village of Woodbury, New York, at the Village Hall located at 455 Route 32, Upper Level, Highland Mills, concerning the short-term rental application of Malka Neuman, property address 1113 NY-32, Highland Mills (Tax Map 201-1-2.21). The purpose of the public hearing is for the Village Board to hear testimony from the applicant, Building Inspector and objecting neighbors. After the public hearing, the Board of Trustees will determine whether or not to authorize the permits issuance.
