Silverdale Water District Water Main Flushing Please be advised, Silverdale Water District will begin flushing water mains on April 15, 2026. Please watch for signs posted in your neighborhood for notification. Water Main flushing is necessary to improve water quality and remove naturally occurring sedimentation that builds in the water lines over time. The flushing may result in discolored water and a temporary loss of pressure or flow. We recommend that you do not use hot water and minimize use of cold water during flushing. When pressure and flow have returned to normal, you are advised to open an outside tap and flush your service line for one or two minutes.
