NOTICE is hereby given that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Board of Directors of the Soldier Canyon Water Treatment Authority for the ensuing year of 2026; that a copy of such proposed budget has been filed in the office of the Authority at 4424 Laporte Ave., Fort Collins, CO 80521, where the same is open for public inspection; and that such proposed budget will be considered at a public hearing of the Board of Directors of the District to be held at 4424 Laporte Ave., Ft. Collins, CO on October 9, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Any elector within the District(s) may, at any time prior to the final adoption of the budget, inspect the budget and file or register any objections thereto.
