Soliciation to Bid SOLICITATION TO BID Date: March 25, 2026 Project: Osage County Housing Authority New Duplexes Sealed proposals will be received by the Housing Authority at the office located at 200 Atlantic Field Rd., Pawhuska, OK 74056 (this is also the mailing address), until 10:00am, on April 16, 2026 for furnishing all labor and materials for the project as shown on the drawings and specifications. Davis Bacon Wage Rates do apply to this project. Please double check the prevailing wage rates before submitting a bid. Awarded Contractor will be required to sign an Affidavit of Compliance, as well as provide payroll reports. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays before time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after time set for opening bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. PLEASE MARK THE ENVELOPE: "BID FOR OSAGE COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY NEW DUPLEXES; DELIVER TO MS. MCNEIL." The bids will be opened publicly. A pre-bid conference will be held on site on April 2, 2026 at 10:00am. The pre-bid meeting will be held at the project location, located at the corner of E. 14th St. & Brenner Ave., Pawhuska, OK 74056. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is non-mandatory for any general contractor wishing to submit a bid on the project.
