Description: Installation of Landscaping & Site Electric along Saddleback Mountain Way Phases 2 (+/-2,500 LF), Phase 3 (+/-1,250 LF), & Galvin Street (+/-1,500 LF) located in NW Peoria's Saddleback Development. Work includes landscaping, irrigation, hardscapes, site electric, and supporting landscape scopes. Improvements will support Saddleback Village 13 and Village 14 lots along with future development.
Pre-Bid Conference: Tuesday January 27th, 2026 at 11:00AM. Prebid Conference (Mandatory); held via Microsoft teams.
RFI Cutoff Date: Friday February 6th, 2026 at 5:00PM.
Bid Due Date: Monday February 16th, 2026 at 2:00PM. All bids must be mailed & received, or hand delivered (electronic bids will not be accepted) to: Saddleback Peoria Partners, LLC/ Kimley-Horn ATTN: Trey Farrell 14648 N Scottsdale Road, STE 200, Scottsdale, AZ 85254. All bids must be accompanied by a certified cashier's check or original copy of surety bond for ten percent of the amount of the bid included in the proposal as a guarantee that the contractor will enter into a contract to perform the proposed work in accordance with the plans & specifications.
