Solicitation for Bid SOLICITATION FOR BIDS (BID NOTICE) Sealed bids will be received by the Oklahoma Energy Resources Board (OERB) until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 for: Project Name Number County Hall C. 3 Z176 Osage Hall C. 4 Z177 Osage Work on these projects includes removing and disposing of the flowlines, concrete, and debris, dispersing the weathered hydrocarbons, closing the pit, excavating and land applying the hydrocarbons, applying amendments, constructing a pond and 2 terraces, grading, laying sod, and planting seed. The estimated cost is over $100,000. The OERB is no longer sending hard copies of the scopes of work or bid forms. All contractors must submit an online application prior to bidding on OERB projects. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the site on Wednesday, October 08, 2025, at 08:30 a.m., starting at the Hall C. 3 Project. Only those firms represented at the pre-bid conference will be permitted to bid on the project. Directions to the site are included in the Bid Documents. Bids must be submitted on the Bid Form included in the Bid Documents and in strict compliance with the instructions on the form. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the OERB office, 500 NE 4th Street, Suite 100, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, immediately following the closing time stated above. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids will not be considered and will be returned unopened. If the bid exceeds $100,000, a cashier's check, a certified check, or a surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed bid of each bidder. Security checks will be returned to all but the three lowest bidders immediately after the bid opening. The three lowest bid securities will be retained until the contract is awarded.
