Immediately following the time stated above the bids will be publicly read aloud at Western Heights Public Schools. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened.
