Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Chapter 373, Florida Statutes, that the application(s) for permit described below has been received for project(s) in Martin County. The application(s) and future additional application documents can be obtained by any of the following methods: 1) Accessing the District's website (www.sfwmd.gov) and clicking on Application/Permit Search on the RegPermitting page; 2) Submitting a written request to the South Florida Water Management District, Attn: Regulation Division, 3301 Gun Club Road, West Palm Beach, FL 33406; or 3) Submitting an electronic request at regpermitting@sfwmd.gov.
Sailfish Sands Golf Course, Sailfish Sands, 2000 SE St Lucie Blvd, Stuart, FL 34996, has submitted Application 260610-64978 for a Letter Modification Water Use Permit to irrigate 150 acres of golf course lands. The water will be withdrawn from the Floridan and surficial aquifer systems and on-site lake(s) and the project is located in Martin County.
Rio Marine Village, Rio South Dixie LLC, 8985 SE Bridge Rd, Hobe Sound, FL 33455, has submitted Application 260610-64985 for a New Water Use Permit to dewater on undeveloped lands. The water will be withdrawn from the surficial aquifer system and the project is located in Martin County.
Three Lakes Golf Club LLC, 501 Fern St, West Palm Beach, FL 33401, has submitted Application 260623-65300 for a Letter Modification Water Use Permit to irrigate 799.78 acres of landscape and golf course and nursery lands. The water will be withdrawn from the on-site lake(s) and SFWMD Canal (C-44) and the project is located in Martin County.
Hammock Creek Golf Club, Golf Hammock Creek LLC, 12524 Highfield Cir, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202, has submitted Application 250701-54527 for a Renewal Water Use Permit to irrigate 192 acres of landscape and golf course lands. The water will be withdrawn from the on-site lake(s) and surficial aquifer system and the project is located in Martin County.
Village of Tequesta - WM#2 Beach Road Phase 2 Water Main Rep, Allyson Burg, 901 N Old Dixie Hwy, Tequesta, FL 33469, has submitted Application 260528-64651 for a New Water Use Permit to dewater on undeveloped lands. The water will be withdrawn from the surficial aquifer system and the project is located in Palm Beach and Martin Counties.
