Southampton Township Public Notice Take notice that at 6 PM on 2nd October 2025 a hearing will be heard before the Southampton Township Land Use Board at the Municipal Building located at 5 Retreat Rd., Southampton, NJ 08088 on the appeal or application of the undersigned to permit Installing a 12 x 20 shed and a 12 x 20 greenhouse 15 foot off the property line. Also to increase the impervious coverage to 14% and any other variances which the board may deem necessary on the premises located at 59 Cranberry Run Southampton, NJ 08088 on the Tax Map under Block 3201.02 lot(s) 1 of the Township of Southampton located in the FC zone or district. The application maps and supporting documents are on file in the office of the Township of Southampton Land Use Office and are available for review during normal working hours 10 days prior to the meeting by appointment only.
