Southbridge Conservation Commission Public Hearing In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. Chap. 131, §40, as amended, the Southbridge Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 19, 2026, beginning at 5:45 p.m. in the McCann Room of Town Hall, 41 Elm Street. The purpose of the meeting is to act on a Notice of Intent filed by CRB Development Corporation for proposed construction of a single-family home with associated sitework and private sewer in the buffer zone of a bordering vegetated wetland. The location of the project is Dennison Lane (Map 96 Parcels 25, 26, 27). Any person interested or wishing to be heard on this request should appear at the time and place designated. Copies of the plans are located at the Southbridge Town Clerk's Office. This notice is also available on the Massachusetts Newspaper Publishers Association's website.
