Southbridge Conservation Commission Public Meeting In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. Chap. 131, 840, as amended, the Southbridge Conservation Commission will hold a Public Meeting on Thursday, September 18, 2025, beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the McCann Conference Room of Town Hall. The purpose of the meeting is to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Peter Allard for proposed construction of a single-family home with associated sitework near a wetland. The project is located at Eastford Road (Map 94 Parcel 4). Any person interested or wishing to be heard on this request should appear at the time and place designated.
