Southeast Trunk Sewer Public Hearing Notice NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, PROPOSED FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE SOUTHEAST TRUNK SEWER FOR THE CITY OF BONDURANT, IOWA At 6:00 P.M. on the 20th of January, 2026, the City Council of the City of Bondurant, Iowa will, in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, 200 2nd Street NE, Bondurant, Iowa, hold a hearing and said Council proposes to adopt plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the East Trunk Sewer project. The description of the project is as follows: SOUTHEAST TRUNK SEWER Construct Southeast Trunk Sewer including all labor, materials and equipment necessary for approximately 2,483 linear feet of 15-inch sanitary sewer installed in open cut, connections to existing manhole, manholes, surface restoration and miscellaneous associated work, including cleanup. The project is located south of 32nd Street SE west of Pleasant Street SE in Bondurant, Iowa. At said hearing, the City Council will consider the plans, specifications, proposed form of contract, and total estimated cost for the project, the same now being on file in the office of the City Clerk, reference to which is made for a more detailed and complete description of the proposed improvements, and at said time and place the said Council will receive and consider objections to said plans, specifications, estimate of cost and form of contract made by any interested party.
