Proposed activity: The development of a convenience store with fuel sales and associated infrastructure on a ±8.71-acre commercial property on the northwest corner of US Hwy 27 and Holly Hill Tank Rd in Davenport, FL. The pond is proposed to serve as a master stormwater system for future development on the overall ±8.71-acre parcel. Project name: US27 & Holly Hill Tank Rd. Project size: 8.71 Acres.
