Spearman filed suit against you for divorce. The Summons, Complaint for Divorce, and Automatic Domestic Standing Order and Notice of Conference or Hearing were filed on October 22, 2025. After multiple attempts by the Richmond County Sheriff's Office to serve Chelsea E. Spearman, a Sheriff's Entry of Service showing no service was filed on December 2, 2025. The Plaintiff rescheduled the initial hearing to January 15, 2026, and filed a Notice of Rescheduled Initial Hearing on December 17, 2025. The Plaintiff then retained the service of CGA Solutions for service and after multiple attempts an Affidavit of Non-Service was filed on January 13, 2026. The Plaintiff filed an Amended Complaint for Divorce and Motion for Service by Publication on February 6, 2026. The initial hearing has been rescheduled for a second time to May 15, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. at the Augusta Richmond County Judicial Center, Courtroom 2C, 735 James Brown Blvd., Augusta, Georgia 30901 in front of Charles H.S. Lyons, III, with the Notice of Rescheduled Hearing filed on February 5, 2026. Please take note that in the Amended Complaint for Divorce the Plaintiff has asked to be the primary physical custodian of the minor children. Chelsea E. Spearman is required to file with the Clerk of Superior Court and serve upon the Plaintiff's attorney, Kurt T.
