Special Meeting and Vote on Dissolution of Worcester Firemen's Relief Association (WFRA) Pursuant to M.G.L.c. 176P, notice is hereby given to all members in good standing that a Special Meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 6:00 PM at the Worcester Fire Department Training Division, 141 Grove Street, Worcester, MA 01605. The agenda includes: (A) Determining whether to voluntarily discontinue business as of December 31, 2026; (B) Setting the next meeting date for motions and voting on related matters; (C) Discussing distribution of the Association's assets; (D) Appointing at least two receivers to work with the Division of Insurance on evaluation, liquidation, and distribution. This meeting may result in a vote to dissolve the Association. Members may vote in person or by mailing a completed proxy to WFRA, 141 Grove Street, Worcester, MA 01605, or dropping it in the ballot box in the lobby of the WFDCU.
