Special School Board Meeting/Public Hearing for September 9, 2025, at 6:00 P.M.
The School Board of Martin County, Florida, will hold a Special School Board Meeting/Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 9, 2025. The meeting will begin at 6:00 P.M.
The sole purpose of the Special School Board Meeting/Public Hearing at 6:00 P.M. is for the School Board to receive the explanations of the Superintendent and the Martin County Education Association of their positions with respect to the rejected recommendations of the Special Magistrate on disputed impasse issues between the Superintendent and the Martin County Education Association pursuant to 447.403 (4)(c) and to take action to resolve all disputed impasse issues. Members of the School Board will be present in the School Board Meeting Room at 1939 SE Federal Highway, Stuart, FL, 34994.

THE RECORD MUST INCLUDE THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS TO BE BASED.
