State CDBG 2025 Reporting The State of South Dakota has prepared its DRAFT Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for funding received and expended relative to four programs administered by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. Federal funding for the Community Development Block Grant, the Emergency Solutions Grant, the HOME Investment Partnerships Program, and the Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS Program were made available to further objectives listed in the State's Consolidated Plan. The report covers the period from 1/1/2025 through 12/31/2025 and includes the following for each grant program: amount of funding available, amount of funds committed, total amount expended, and geographic distribution. A summary of accomplishments for priority needs designated in the Consolidated Plan is also included in this document.
