NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a claim of the above-named Plaintiff against the above-named Defendants for the enforcement of the terms of and ACTION TO QUIET TITLE AFTER TAX SALE, covers the following described property, to wit:
All that certain lot or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of New Ellenton, in Aiken County, South Carolina, containing 3.03 acres, more or less, and bounded and measuring as follows: NORTHERLY by property now or formerly of Frank Smalls for 719.72 feet; EASTERLY by Old Whiskey Road along two lines of 98.16 feet and 87.36 feet respectfully: SOUTHERLY by property now or formerly of Joe B. Babb and Louise H. Babb for 711.41 feet; and WESTERLY by property now or formerly of Roy H. Shaw for 20.07 feet and also on the WEST by property now or formerly of Almetha Roberts for 165.93 feet. All as will more fully appear by reference to a boundary survey therefore prepared by Don W. Taylor, Jr., PLS, dated November 9, 1998, and recorded in Plat Book, 38, at page 165-1, in the Office of RMC for Aiken County, South Carolina.
This being the same property conveyed to Harry Arthur Butler, by deed of Joe B. Babb and Louise H. Babb, dated November 13, 1998, and recorded November 17, 1998, in the Office of the RMC for Aiken County, South Carolina, in Deed Book 826, at Page 337.
This being the property conveyed unto Greg Sparks by Kimberly Halcomb, Tax Collector of Aiken County dated and recorded March 13, 2013, 2022, in the Office of the RMC for Aiken County, South Carolina, in Deed Book 4450 at page 1179..
