Howard Winneshiek $3,238 on March 10. Keystone AEA $17,200 on March 10. Maquoketa Valley $43,746 on March 15. Motion to approve all: Fonley, seconded: Newbold, motion passed unanimously. Approve Claim Payments > $100,000. Hampton Dumont CSD $170,650, West Branch CSD $258,221, Clarinda CSD up to $315,295 subject to settlement regarding building code.
