SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, Dusty Lyn Meyers and Matthew A. Meyers executed that certain Deed of Trust, dated April 17, 2017, to Allyn M. Lay, Jr., Trustee, for the benefit of First National Bank of Oneida, that is of record at Book T664, Page 514 in the Campbell County Register of Deeds Office, as the same may have been amended, modified, and/or restated from time to time (collectively the "Deed of Trust"); and
WHEREAS, First National Bank of Oneida, the owner and holder of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, pursuant to that certain Appointment of Substitute Trustee of record at Book T644, Page 514 in the Campbell County Register of Deeds Office, has appointed Oliver D. Adams as Substitute Trustee under the Deed of Trust.
NOW, WHEREFORE, premises considered, Oliver D. Adams, Substitute Trustee, will sell for cash at a foreclosure sale requested by First National Bank of Oneida, the owner and holder of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, the property described below. The sale will be at the front door of the Campbell County Courthouse, 570 Main Street, Jacksboro, Tennessee 37757, on July 6, 2026, at 1:30 p.m., prevailing time.

LESS AND EXCEPT a portion of Lot 91 and a portion Lot 96, Oak Hills Subdivision, as more particularly described in deed of record at Book W492, Page 720, in the Register's Office for Campbell County, Tennessee, to which deed specific reference is hereby made for a more particular description.
Together with and subject to all applicable easements, appurtenances, covenants, restrictions, and conditions.
Being the same property conveyed to Matthew A. Meyers by deed of record at Book W492, Page 716 in the Campbell County Register of Deeds Office.

The above-described property will be sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, AND WITHOUT REPRESENTATION AND/OR WARRANTY, and subject to unpaid taxes, prior deeds of trust, all easements, all restrictions, all conditions, all covenants, the rights of tenants in possession of said premises, if any, prior claims, and/or any matters of record with priority over the Deed of Trust. The proceeds of the sale will be applied to all indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust and as required by the Deed of Trust and applicable law. The right is reserved to adjourn the day and time of sale by announcement at the time and place set forth above and/or at the time and place of any further postponement. To the extent there is a discrepancy between the legal description and the address of the property, the legal description of the property will control. The terms of the sale, if any, will be announced by the Substitute Trustee at the time of the sale and shall be binding.
