Substituted Trustee's Notice of Sale WHEREAS, on the 15th day of November, 2017, Thomas L. Wright, executed a Deed of Trust to James P. Smith, III, Trustee, for the benefit of 1st Franklin Financial Corporation, which Deed of Trust is filed for record in Trust Deed Book 7213 at Page 8517 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Hinds County at Jackson, Mississippi; and WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust authorized the appointment and substitution of another Trustee in the place of the Trustee named in said Deed of Trust or subsequently substituted therein, and 1st Franklin Financial Corporation appointed and substituted Bart M. Adams as Trustee therein, by instrument dated December 11, 2025, and duly filed for record January 28, 2026 in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 7328 at Page 5820; and WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust, and the entire indebtedness secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable pursuant to the terms of said Deed of Trust, and 1st Franklin Financial Corporation, the holder of the note and Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee so to do, I will, on the 3rd day April, 2026, offer for sale at public outcry between the hours of 11:00 A.M. and 4:00 p.m., at the main front door of the County Courthouse of Hinds County at Jackson, Mississippi, and being more particularly as follows, to-wit: Lot 4, Block A, West View Subdivision, A Subdivision according to a map or plat thereof on file and of record in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of the First Judicial District of Hinds County, at Jackson, Mississippi, as now recorded in Plat Book 6 at Page 36, reference to which is hereby made, commonly known as 120 Lea Circle, Jackson, Mississippi 39204. Subject to all prior mineral reservations and right of way for public roads and utilities. I will sell and convey only such title as vested in me as Trustee.
