Summons IN THE EIGHTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT OF THE STATE OF NEVADA IN AND FOR CLARK COUNTY Case No. A-25-916004-B: Notice is hereby given that a Verified Shareholder Derivative Complaint was filed in the above-referenced court by Plaintiffs, MICHAEL HAMRICK and SEAN MARTINEAU, on behalf of VINCO VENTURES, Inc., a Nevada corporation, seeking to remedy, among other things, (a) violations of Defendants' fiduciary duties to the Company's shareholders, (b) waste of the Company's assets, and (c) abandonment of the Company's business and operations, and to recover damages in excess of $15,000.00. LISA KING and BRIAN HART are summoned to appear in this case by filing an answer or pleading within twenty-one (21) days after publication of this summons. If LISA KING and BRIAN HART fail to appear or answer, default may be taken against either or both of them for the relief demanded in the Verified Complaint, including monetary damages. By John E.
