Crystal Lake Avenue, Apt. 162A, Haddonfield, Camden County, and State of New Jersey, by way of Complaint says: 1. Plaintiff was lawfully married to Defendant on December 28, 2013 in a civil ceremony in Audubon, New Jersey. 2. Plaintiff was a bona fide resident of the State of New Jersey when this cause of action arose and has ever since and for more than one year next preceding the commencement of this action continued to be such a bona fide resident. 3. The Defendant is presently residing at 473 Cutler Avenue, Maple Shade, New Jersey 08052. 4. There exists irreconcilable differences between the plaintiff and defendant which have caused the breakdown of the marriage for a period of more than six (6) months and which make it appear that the marriage should be dissolved. There is no reasonable prospect of reconciliation. 5. Plaintiff resided at 210 W. Crystal Lake Avenue, Apt. 162A, Haddonfield, New Jersey 08033 when this cause of action arose. 6. Jurisdiction is based on the residence of both parties at the time the cause of action occurred. 7. There was one child borne from the marriage; Ethan, age 18, DOB: *********, who is emancipated. 8. There have been no previous proceedings between the plaintiff and defendant respecting the marriage or its dissolution or respecting maintenance in any Court. 9. Limited real and personal property were legally and beneficially acquired by the parties during the marriage and is subject to equitable distribution. 10. Each party has sufficient means to support themselves. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment as follows: A. Dissolving the marriage between the parties pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2A:34-2(i). B. For a mutual waiver of receipt of support from the other party. C. Equitably distributing all property and debt, both real and personal, which was legally and beneficially acquired by the parties during the marriage. D. For counsel fees and costs.; and E.
