You have been made respondents to a Petition filed in this Court by Charles Brammer Williams, Administrator of the Estate of Dan Glenn Williams, III, Deceased, seeking a determination of the rightful heirs-at-law and beneficiaries and to close out the estate of the late Dan Glenn Williams, III, deceased, who departed his life on October 22, 2024, having a fixed place of residence in Hinds County, Jackson, Mississippi. You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed against you in this action at 9:30 o'clock a.m., on the 1st day of December 2025, in the courtroom before the Honorable Tiffany Grove on the third floor of the Hinds County Chancery Court at 316 S President St. in Jackson, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Petition.
