Cause No. 49D129-CT-044640, by the person named above as plaintiff. This summons by publication is specifically directed at defendants CHRIS WILLIAMS and NATAIJA M. CARTER whose present whereabouts are unknown. The nature of this suit against you is for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff, regarding an incident that happened on March 11, 2025, approximately 12:00 p.m. at the apartment complex located at 5301 Turtle Creek South Drive, City of Indianapolis, County of Marion, State of Indiana involving a dog and the Plaintiff.
