Mike Newcom has been named as the natural father of Emma Christine Makovic, born to Miranda Makovic Clark and Mike Newcom on June 28, 2008, and you are advised that a petition for the guardianship over the person and estate of the child was filed in the office of the Clerk of the Vanderburgh Superior Court, at 825 Sycamore Street, Civic Center Courts Building, Room 216, Evansville, IN 47708. Mike Newcom is Ordered to Appear at the hearing scheduled in this matter on July 23, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. in the above-named court.
