The State of Indiana to the defendants named above and any other person or persons who may be concerned. You are notified that you have been sued in the Court named above. The nature of the suit against you is foreclosure of real estate mortgage on the following described real estate:

MARTINSVILLE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN DEED RECORD
120, PAGES 422-425, AND REVISED IN DEED RECORD 127, PAGES 458-459,
IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF MORGAN COUNTY, INDIANA,
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 99 AND
RUNNING THENCE WEST 188.25 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 79.50 FEET;
THENCE EAST 188.25 FEET; THENCE NORTH 79.50 FEET TO THE PLACE

In addition to the above-named defendants being served by this summons there may be other defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit.
