Publication and Response Deadline: Service of this Summons is made by publication pursuant to NRCP 4.4. You must file your response within 21 days after the date of the last publication of this Summons. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.

The date of the last publication will be stated in the Affidavit/Proof of Publication filed with the Court, and your 21-day response period runs from that last publication date.
