AS NOMINEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC., recorded on August 7, 2007, in the Office of the Clerk of Bergen County, in Mortgage Book 16916, Page 129, which mortgage was duly assigned to the plaintiff, Lynx Asset Services LLC, by assignment of mortgage dated November 14, 2011, and recorded on December 15, 2011, in the Office of the Clerk of Bergen County in Assignment Book 00901, Page 1198, and who is the present holder of said mortgage, and (2) to recover possession of and concerns premises commonly known as 39 Bogert Street, Teaneck, NJ 07666, also being known as Lot 39, Block 4904 on the tax map of the Township of Teaneck.
