YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to serve upon MICHAEL A. ALFIERI, ESQ., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 30 Freneau Avenue, Matawan, New Jersey 07747, an Answer to the Complaint filed in a civil action in which LYNX ASSET SERVICES LLC is the Plaintiff, and ERIC A. BELCHER; MR./MRS. ERIC A. BELCHER, SPOUSE OF ERIC A. BELCHER; DENISE BELCHER; MR./MRS. DENISE BELCHER, SPOUSE OF DENISE BELCHER, are the defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Bergen County, and bearing Docket No. F-004540-26, within 35 days after May 22, 2026, exclusive of such date or if published after May 22, 2026, (35) days after the actual date of publication, exclusive of such date. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hughes Justice Complex, CN-971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the rules of civil practice and procedure.
This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing on a mortgage dated July 31, 2007, made by ERIC A. BELCHER and DENISE BELCHER as mortgagor(s) to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC., recorded on August 7, 2007, in the Office of the Clerk of Bergen County, in Mortgage Book 16916, Page 129, which mortgage was duly assigned to the plaintiff, Lynx Asset Services LLC, by assignment of mortgage dated November 14, 2011, and recorded on December 15, 2011, in the Office of the Clerk of Bergen County in Assignment Book 00901, Page 1198, and who is the present holder of said mortgage, and (2) to recover possession of and concerns premises commonly known as 39 Bogert Street, Teaneck, NJ 07666, also being known as Lot 39, Block 4904 on the tax map of the Township of Teaneck.

YOU, MR./MRS. ERIC A. BELCHER, SPOUSE OF ERIC A. BELCHER, are made a party defendant(s) to this foreclosure action because of any dower, curtesy, and/or possessory rights you may have in, to, or against the mortgaged premises by reason of a mortgage made by ERIC A. BELCHER, as set forth above.
YOU, MR./MRS. DENISE BELCHER, SPOUSE OF DENISE BELCHER, are made a party defendant(s) to this foreclosure action because of any dower, curtesy, and/or possessory rights you may have in, to, or against the mortgaged premises by reason of a mortgage made by DENISE BELCHER, as set forth above.
