In accordance with the provisions of the Sutton Zoning Bylaw Section IV.C. - Site Plan Review and Section V.D. - Route 146 Overlay District, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on the applications submitted by Ray Lavoie of Millbury, MA. The applicant proposes to create an ice cream shop located in the existing space at 146 Worcester/Providence Turnpike owned by Antonion Drakakis, Sutton, MA. The hearing will be held on Monday, March 16, 2026, at 7:00 PM.
