In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. c. 41, §81T, c.40 §15C-Scenic Roadways, c.87 §3-Public Shade Trees, the Sutton Subdivision Rules and Regulations, and Sutton General Bylaw 5 – Earth Disturbance & Removal and 15 – Scenic Roadway, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on the application of Central Mass Builders of Millbury, MA on land owned by P & J Ruth of Whitinsville, MA. The applicants propose a definitive subdivision to be located at 191 Hartness Road, consisting of a private road with three (3) lots entitled Oakwood Estates. The applicant also proposes to alter a stone wall and remove trees within the Hartness Road right-of-way to create the new roadway.
The hearing will be held on Monday, March 16, at 7:30 PM. This meeting will be held in person at Town Hall. A copy of the plan and application can be inspected in the Office of the Town Clerk during normal office hours.
