In accordance with the provisions of the following Sutton Zoning Bylaws: V.A. Flood Plain District, V.B. Groundwater Protection District, and V.D. Route 146 Overlay District, the Planning Board will hold a hearing on the application of James Fitzpatrick for property owned by him at 188 Worcester/ Providence Turnpike. The applicant proposes to construct employee parking in the back of the building, which will involve the removal and replacement of the original septic system.
The hearing will be held on Monday, March 16, 2026 at 7:45 PM. This meeting will be held in person at Town Hall.
