The property in question is located at Tax Block 1301.01 , Lot 7 , on the Official Tax Map of the Township of Tabernacle. The street address is: 50 Zimmerman Road, Tabernacle, NJ 08088. The Applicant proposes the following: Construction of new residence (structure) on lot and demolition of existing residence (structure). The Applicant seeks the following variances in conjunction with the application: Maintain occupancy of family within existing residence while new residence is constructed (existing residence demolished post-completion of new) and retain out buildings on lot. IN ADDITION TO THE VARIANCES SOUGHT ABOVE, there are or may be certain design waivers sought from the requirements of the Site Plan or Subdivision Ordinance and the applicant will seek such variances as the Board decides necessary in accordance with the law.
