Section 2.2 of the bid specification calls for submission of all qualification documents in hard copy and electronic copy prior to the opening of bids. The account list issued on 9/17/25 included a duplicate JCPL account number for Oxford Central School and Roosevelt BoE. The correct numbers are as follows: Oxford = 08002535810000139171 Roosevelt BoE = 08005855080000473983 Due to NJ Public Law surrounding RFPs and issuance of Addenda, and the requirement of 7 business days between addenda and bid date, we will change the bid date from Tuesday 9/30 at 1:00 pm to Tuesday 10/7 at 1:00 pm. Due to PLC and usage data irregularities with Town of Sayreville JCPL account 08009005710005808001, this account will be bid as its own tranche. Bidders will have the option to present pricing for Fully-fixed and Fixed with Capacity adjustment products. Bidders should submit contracts for review that include Terms and that address this product if they intend to present a price for this product option.
